Using the Service
Delveira is currently offered on a limited, invitation and waitlist basis while we build out the product. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and functionality described on this site may not yet be fully available.
Your content
You retain ownership of the transcripts, claims, and research artifacts you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, or misuse generated research output as a substitute for your own editorial judgment.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" during this pre-release phase, without warranties of any kind. Research output is generated from available sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate — always verify claims before relying on them publicly.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delveira is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
